Meet Cat
StrongFirst Team Leader, strength & longevity specialist
I’ve spent the past decade helping people transform their lives through strength training. Since earning my first StrongFirst certification in 2015, I’ve gone on to achieve StrongFirst Elite status and now serve as a StrongFirst Team Leader — holding advanced credentials in kettlebell (SFG2), barbell (SFL), and bodyweight strength (SFB).
Alongside these, I’m certified through NASM, Precision Nutrition, Ground Force Method, TRX, Flexible Steel, and more.
I’ve coached hundreds of students and assisted at StrongFirst certifications across the U.S., teaching others how to train safely, effectively, and for the long haul.
But my journey didn’t start with confidence. In my twenties, I struggled with food, exercise, and self-image — until strength training gave me the tools to change my mindset and body. That’s why I believe so deeply in its power: strength is a skill, and when practiced with intention, it can completely reshape your healthspan.
Today, my mission is simple: help you get stronger, age better, and live fully.







Meet Chau
Over 20 years of experience in movement, strength, and resilience
I’ve been coaching since 2007, helping people build strength, resilience, and confidence that lasts far beyond the gym. My background includes decades of martial arts instruction. I’m a Black Belt in Krav Maga, a Blue Belt in Bang Muay Thai, and Cat and I founded and ran our gym together. Today my focus is on strength and longevity.
As a StrongFirst SFG1 (kettlebell) and SFB (bodyweight) certified coach, I specialize in simple, effective training methods that help people get stronger, move better, and stay capable as they age.
I believe kettlebells and bodyweight training are two of the most powerful tools for building muscle, protecting joints, and preventing the decline so many people assume is “just part of getting older.”
My coaching style is straightforward: work hard, stay humble, and keep showing up. If you want to build lasting strength and extend your healthspan, I’ll help you get there — one rep at a time.
